Answers to frequently asked questions
How do you support a successful AI rollout?

I guide the rollout as a change process: from planning the change and communicating it to the point where your employees work with AI every day. I bring my experience as co-founder and board member of Twiliner and from projects for SMEs and international corporations. More: introducing AI.

What role do managers play in introducing AI?

A decisive one: they communicate the change, take concerns seriously and bring their team along on an equal footing. I train your managers in exactly that, so your team comes along. More: introducing AI.

Do you also handle the technical implementation of AI?

My focus is on people, leadership and change. For the technical implementation, I work with selected partners, so both sides are covered. More: introducing AI.

Who is the training for?

For sales and leadership teams at mid-sized companies and large corporations: from field sales and key account management to sales management, and in leadership from the board and management teams to first-time leaders.

How do we work together?

Every programme is a learning journey tailored to your company. After our introductory call and joint goal-setting, we start with an invitation to your team. In workshops, we work through the content using your real cases. Your team then puts what they have learnt into practice in everyday work, and in team exchanges we reflect on what is working and where things are still getting stuck. This cycle repeats until the new approach sticks, complemented by one-to-one coaching if you wish. To close, we celebrate together what your team has achieved.

How much does a training programme cost?

Every training programme is tailored to your team, which is why I am happy to discuss the investment with you personally. One thing I can promise you: the investment pays off. We set the goals in advance based on your KPIs, so the return on investment becomes visible.

What does the programme design involve?

Good training starts with a clear understanding of your situation. In the design phase, I analyse your goals and challenges and build the programme around your real cases. Scope and duration depend on the project, and we clarify them in our introductory call.

Which formats do you offer?

Anything is possible: on site at your premises, online or hybrid. I work throughout Switzerland and internationally, and my partners and I are there wherever you need us.

How large can a group be?

From high-impact training sessions with 5 people to large groups of 200 participants. I am flexible and know how to guide groups of any size so that every participant succeeds. My aspiration: bringing out the best in people.

Which languages do you train in?

I train in German, Swiss German and English. Together with my partners, I can also offer French, Dutch and other languages.

How does the learning carry over into everyday work?

Theory is good in theory. Success comes when participants change their behaviour for the long term. That is why I work on the principle of 10% theory, 20% training and 70% application in everyday work, using your real customer cases and leadership situations.

How do we measure success?

Before the training, we define together how you will recognise success: for example, closing rates, meetings with decision-makers or engagement within the team. This way, success can be proven in your KPIs.

What makes Freystyle different?

What your team learns with me has a direct impact on everyday work and shows in measurable results. Every programme is tailor-made, and we work on an equal footing with your real cases: 10% theory, 90% practice and application. This works because I know both sides from my own experience: as a manager, key account manager and management consultant (including stakeholder management at an international corporation), as a board member with boardroom experience and as an entrepreneur who has built a start-up, Twiliner, from the ground up.

Why Heart + Head?

Lasting change needs both. The head stands for knowledge, strategy and proven tools, the heart for motivation, mindset and genuine connection within the team. Engaging only the head teaches content; reaching the heart as well changes behaviour. Especially when challenges grow, this combination strengthens resilience: teams stay high-performing, take mindful care of their mental health and master even difficult phases with confidence.

Do you also work internationally?

Yes. I work throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and internationally, on site, online or hybrid, with a focus on Europe. I have first-hand experience of working in international corporations, including stakeholder management. This includes working with international pharma and medtech companies such as Roche, Johnson & Johnson and Biogen. I have trained coaches and trainers around the world and still work with them today. Let’s talk about the country and the context in which you need support.

Which modules do you offer?

Communication, sales and leadership are wide-ranging fields. I cover them in more than 100 modules, and on the “Modules” page you will find a small selection. Every training programme is tailor-made for the specific challenges your team faces.

Do you also offer one-to-one coaching?

Yes, as a complement to the team programmes. This way, individual leaders or sales professionals can work in depth on their personal topics while the whole team grows together. You can also book one-to-one coaching independently of team programmes. Just write to me.

How long does a programme last?

That depends on your goals and your starting point. Sometimes a single impact workshop is enough. Often I support teams for 3 months or longer, so that the new approach becomes firmly embedded in everyday work. We will agree on the right scope together in our introductory call.

How do we get started?

It’s simple: write to me using the “Build a stronger team today: contact Elisabeth” button. An email will open with three short questions about your challenge, the solution you are looking for and a good time to talk. We will then arrange an introductory call.

Who is Elisabeth Frey?

I am a qualified business trainer and the founder of Freystyle, co-founder of Twiliner and a board member. As a manager, key account manager and management consultant, I have led, negotiated and advised in Switzerland and internationally. I know Swiss companies and international corporations from the inside. What drives me: bringing out the best in people.

What is Twiliner?

Twiliner is the first night bus in Europe with genuine lie-flat seats, a climate-friendly alternative to short-haul flights. Since 2019, I have been building the Zurich-based company together with co-founder Luca Bortolani. This start-up experience flows directly into my training.

Where do you work?

Wherever your teams are: throughout Switzerland, in the DACH region and internationally, on site, online or hybrid. I work with Swiss companies as well as international corporations and know both worlds from my own experience.

Am I chatting with Elisabeth?

I am an automatic FAQ assistant based on Elisabeth’s own answers, without AI. For anything personal or specific, Elisabeth is happy to help you directly.

What do you do when you’re not working?

That’s when I recharge: swimming in Lake Zurich or hiking in the mountains. I love meeting people and enjoy spending time with family and friends, ideally over good food. And to be honest: my baby Twiliner never quite lets me go, even in my free time.

Which trainings do you offer for sales, leadership and AI?

There is a dedicated programme for each topic: sales training for sales teams, leadership training for managers and teams, and introducing AI for companies going through change. The principle is always the same: 10% theory, 90% practice and application, tailored to your team.

What does sales training achieve for field sales teams?

Your team learns to sell solutions instead of products, handle objections confidently and lead conversations to a close. Success is measured in your KPIs, such as closed deals and margins. More: sales training.

Can I book a price negotiation training?

Yes. Price negotiation, negotiation objectives and defending your price are dedicated modules, which I tailor to your situation. More: sales training.

How does my team learn to handle objections confidently?

In objection handling, your team meets objections on an equal footing: with questioning techniques and active listening instead of justification. We practise with your real customer cases. More: sales training.

Do you offer training in new customer acquisition?

Yes. The new customer acquisition module covers everything from the first contact and preparing the customer meeting to closing and earning referrals. More: sales training.

What is a joint customer visit?

I accompany you to your customer. We plan the meeting together beforehand, and afterwards you get feedback straight from real life. More: sales training.

Is there leadership training for first time leaders?

Yes. First time leaders learn the key tools for their new role: delegating, giving feedback, setting goals and resolving conflict. More: leadership training.

How do I learn to hold good feedback conversations?

You practise feedback with the OSKAR and STAR models on real situations from your daily work and then apply it directly in your team. More: leadership training.

How can our meetings and board meetings become more efficient?

In the meeting culture module, you learn to prepare meetings and board meetings clearly and run them efficiently. More: leadership training.

How do I introduce AI in my company successfully?

By treating the rollout as a change for people: communicate clearly, take concerns seriously, enable your managers and measure progress. More: introducing AI.

Why do employees resist AI?

New things often create uncertainty. If you understand how people experience change, you can bring your team along and build resilience. More: introducing AI.

Is this a technical AI training?

No. I train leadership and communication in the change process so your AI is actually used day to day. More: introducing AI.

How do I strengthen my team’s resilience during change?

In the building resilience module, your team learns to stay strong through change with a positive mindset and clear goals. More: introducing AI.
