About me
Entrepreneur, board member, trainer: I bring strategy, leadership and people together.
Elisabeth Frey is a co-founder, entrepreneur and board member, a qualified business trainer and the founder of Freystyle. Her focus: sales and management training for mid-sized companies and large corporations, hands-on and with measurable transfer into everyday work.
Elisabeth knows both worlds first-hand: Swiss companies and international corporations. As a manager, key account manager and management consultant, she has led, negotiated and advised in Switzerland and internationally. Her experience also includes working with international pharma and medtech companies such as Roche, Johnson & Johnson and Biogen. She brings this experience to the training work you do together.
With Twiliner, Elisabeth Frey is bringing disruptive innovation to Europe. Since 2019, she has been building the Zurich-based company together with co-founder Luca Bortolani. Twiliner is the first night bus with genuine lie-flat seats, certified to European safety standards, that convert from business-class seating into fully flat beds. This makes overland travel comfortable and climate-friendly: a real alternative to short-haul flights.
